Check your shipment status

Enter your tracking number below — we auto-detect the carrier and fetch the latest events.

Data source

Two independent providers, one search box. If one returns no data, switch to the other — coverage differs, and a number that looks dead in one often resolves in the other.

Works with the carriers you already use

Why 17Tracking

Everything you need to follow a delivery

Built for online shoppers, sellers and support teams who need a single, reliable view of every shipment.

1,000+ carriers covered

National postal services, couriers and e-commerce logistics lines — detected automatically from your tracking number.

Real-time status updates

Every scan event is pulled from the carrier as it happens, so the timeline always reflects the current position.

Two independent data sources

No single provider knows every parcel. We cross-check 17TRACK and Track718, so a number that returns nothing in one often resolves in the other.

Multiple parcels at once

Paste up to five tracking numbers and get every timeline stacked in one page — built for sellers and support teams during peak season.

Recently tracked, saved for you

The numbers you checked stay under the search box. Come back days later and re-run a shipment in one click — no account, nothing leaves your browser.

Smart carrier detection

Start typing and we recognise the number format — 1Z for UPS, LP for Cainiao, R…CN for China Post — and route the query to the best source.

Works on any device

A layout that adapts from desktop to phone, and a search bar that follows you down the page when you scroll through a long timeline.

Private & secure

Tracking numbers are only used to query the carrier. Your recent list stays in your own browser and is never uploaded or shared.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you may want to know before tracking your first parcel.

Is 17Tracking free to use?

Yes. Entering a tracking number and viewing the shipment timeline is completely free and does not require an account.

Which carriers and marketplaces are supported?

We support more than 1,000 carriers and logistics providers worldwide, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, Cainiao, YunExpress, Yanwen and 4PX — covering parcels from major marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, SHEIN, Temu and Walmart.

How often is the tracking information refreshed?

Results are queried live from the carrier each time you search, so the timeline reflects the most recent scan event available from the carrier’s system.

Why does my tracking number return no result?

New shipments can take 24–72 hours to appear after the label is created. Please also check for typos, extra spaces or a leading zero. If the parcel has not been scanned by the carrier yet, there is simply nothing to show.

Why does the site offer more than one data source?

No single provider covers every carrier. Our default source handles most postal and courier shipments, while the alternative source adds sea, air and truck freight lines as well as a number of regional carriers. If one returns nothing, switch to the other and search again.

Do I need to create an account?

No. 17Tracking works entirely in your browser — type the number and get the result. An account is only optional if you later want to keep a history of your shipments.

Can I get back to a tracking number I checked before?

Yes. The numbers you tracked most recently appear under the search box as “Recently tracked” — click one to run it again. The list is stored only in your own browser’s local storage, is never uploaded to our servers, and you can delete a single entry or clear the whole list at any time.

Is my tracking data kept private?

Yes. Your tracking number is used only to retrieve the shipment status and is never sold or shared. Read the details in our Privacy Policy.
